This return policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns or provide remedies for issues with our decoration work and should be read together with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
All decoration work completed by Restorebonesmoti is inspected for quality before delivery. We ensure that patches, embroidery, and appliqués are applied correctly, colours match specifications, and overall workmanship meets our standards.
If you notice any defects or issues with the decoration work upon receiving your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Unless otherwise required by the Australian Consumer Law, requests for return or review of work under this policy should usually be made within 7 days of receiving the decorated item.
Given the custom nature of our clothing decoration services, returns are generally not accepted once decoration work has been completed and approved. However, we may accept returns or provide remedies in the following circumstances:
If there is a manufacturing defect in the decoration work that is not due to normal wear or improper care. If the decoration does not match agreed specifications and the discrepancy was not approved by the customer. If there is significant damage to the decoration that occurred during our production process.
Requests for return should be made within the time frame set out in this policy, and the item should be in its original condition and not have been washed or worn, except to verify the decoration work, unless otherwise required by law.
When a return is accepted, Restorebonesmoti may offer one of the following remedies:
Replacement decoration work at no additional cost, where feasible. Partial or full refund depending on the circumstances and extent of the issue. Repair of the decoration work if the issue can be corrected without compromising the garment.
The specific remedy will be determined based on the nature of the issue, the type of decoration work performed, and whether the problem can be reasonably resolved.
The following situations are not generally covered under our return policy, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law:
Where we request that an item be returned for assessment, we will inform you whether return shipping costs will be covered by us or by you, having regard to the circumstances and any requirements under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a fault is confirmed that is our responsibility, we will usually cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide another practical solution agreed with you.
If you wish to request a return or review of work under this policy, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. We may ask you to provide photographs or other information to help us assess the situation.
We will advise you of the next steps, which may include returning the item to us for inspection. Once we have assessed the item, we will confirm the available remedy in line with this policy and applicable law.
Because our decoration work is often customised, cancellation may not be possible once production has commenced. Where work has not yet started, we will consider cancellation requests and may agree to cancel or vary an order at our discretion.
Nothing in this section limits any right you may have under the Australian Consumer Law to cancel a service and receive a refund where a major failure has occurred.
Where a refund is approved under this policy or under the Australian Consumer Law, we will process the refund using the original payment method where reasonably possible, unless we agree another method with you.
Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider, but we will initiate the refund within a reasonable period after approval.
